CLASS SCHEDULE

Every other Saturday we meet here at the Silverton Location

Saturday 8:30am–5:30pm
- You need to make an appointment, please call 513-793-9009
- Bring a photo ID
- Something with your Driver's License number on it
(Drivers License, State ID, letter from BMV with your number
on it.

Adult Remedial:
(You received your tickets over the age of 18.) Class will
be conducted for 8 hours with 2 breaks and a 30-minute
break for lunch. The break time and the lunch break do not
count towards the 8 hours. You must participate and pass a
written test with score of 75% to get a Certificate. You
may retake the test 2 other times; at that point, failure to
pass requires retaking the entire class. The fee is collected
on the day you take the class.
Driver License is Suspended:
For those who had their Drivers License suspended
because of too many points, DUI, or FRA (no insurance).
You need to take this course each time your Drivers
License is suspended.
2 Point Credit:
For those that have 2 to 11 points against their Drivers
License and need to take the course for a 2-point credit.
If you take the 2-point credit class, the State of Ohio will
suspend your Drivers License at 14 points instead of 12
points. This course for the 2-point credit can be taken up to
5 times in a lifetime, once every 3 years. The State of Ohio
will recognize the 2-point credit for 2 years from the date
you took the class.
Out of State Ticket:
For those who got a ticket in another state and need to take a Defensive Driving Course to meet that state's requirement.
To Meet your Job or Insurance Requirements:
Some companies might require you to take a Defensive Driving Course for several employment or insurance reasons. Some insurance companies might request that you take a
Defensive Driving Course before they insure you.
Class Days:
We offer this course every other Saturday from 8:30 am –
5:30 pm, excluding major holiday weekends. Classes are
held at the Silverton Classroom: 7337 Montgomery Road
(across the street from the Post Office).
